STINT has used publication data to study how internationally mobile female and male researchers in Sweden are, and how their international mobility impacts on performance indicators. The results are presented in a report, which also provides opportunities to compare 26 countries and several scientific fields in terms of their gender balances. The results of the study might be of interest to policy makers, funding agencies and researchers.

During the seminar, some results from the report will be presented. Thereafter it will be discussed by representatives from research, university management and mobility funding.
