Institutional Grants for Younger Researchers: Applications
Applications must be made via STINT’s electronic applications system.
In addition to a customary description of the research project, it is important that applications provide clear information about the following:
- the overriding aim of the collaboration
- a clear justification of the choice of partner institution and an equally clear statement from the foreign partner of its reasons for setting up the collaboration
- information about the activities that are the basis for the collaboration and about how the participating partners will benefit and be developed through the collaboration that is envisaged
- the foreign partner’s expressed interest in and contribution to the project (including financial contribution)
- a clear justification of the aims to be achieved
- a preliminary statement of the opportunities for continued collaboration after the end of the grant
Applications must also include information about the sources (organization or financing body) and the amount of the Swedish applicant’s core funding during the period of the grant.
Applicants should read the instructions in the applications system carefully, as only complete applications will be considered. Supplementary information cannot be accepted after the closing date for applications.
