No, in all STINT programmes, it is the Swedish partner that applies for funding. In this case, your Swedish collegue can apply to the STINT Programme for shorter visits in order to invite you.

I’m a professor from Australia and I would very much like to spend some time teaching at a Swedish university. I understand your foundation provide scholarships enabeling foreign scholars to teach and do research in Sweden. Can you please get me an invitation or provide me with a list of institutions that I could contact.

We do ecourage academic staff at Swedish universities to invite foreign scholars to teach and do research here. However, we can not provide individual researchers with lists of institutions or invitations.
